Meyer or Modern Frankenstein

Prussia, February 17, 1891 You are museum employees sent to Dr. Frans Meyer’s house to collect some items for the museum. The young doctor was a member of an exploratory expedition funded by the museum you work for. While he was abroad, he was informed that his wife Anna had fallen ill. He returned to Prussia, bringing those specific items with him. Despite the museum’s attempts, the doctor has not been in touch to arrange delivery of the objects. Those who know him well say that when he disappears from contact, he usually works obsessively on some idea. His friends even call him Frankenstein after his favorite book, Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus. You begin to fear that your visit might be more dangerous than you initially thought… You arrive at the doctor’s house and find the front door open. You go inside, and the door suddenly shuts behind you. You have 60 minutes to get out before Meyer returns and your fears are confirmed when you discover the irrational idea the doctor is working on…
